This web page contains standard google analytics that measures actual site visits, time on page etc. It can not be used to identify individual details such as name, IP address or location. Visitor information can not and will not be used for any means unless you join our email list voluntarliy or sign up to the members list upon purchasing the material.

All opt in email lists and members email list are used spareingly and only for important content updates, usefull information and special offers for your benefit. We will send all customers an email upon ordering to help ensure easy access to your materials. Names and emails remain on the list hosted by the third party company Icontact. Any use of your name and email strictly comply with their Anti-spam policy. Your name, email and other personal information will not be shared, sold or disclosed to anyone for any means.

When making a purchase of the downloadable material presented, we do not request any home or mailing addresses. Option 2 and 3 do require a postal address and while it is possible for the webmaster to see your address via paypal receipt, this information is not considered, compiled or stored for any purpose whatsoever, other than to send your item. When you purchase our information, it is possible to later elect to subscribe to member information for any updates or bonus material we make available. Even then, your private information and email address will not be shared with anyone, sold or misused in any way. We do not take credit card orders over the phone or email and it is impossible for us to view credit card detials when you order via paypal. We only use paypal as the third party merchant to take orders from this site - we believe paypal provides the buyer with the safest online buying experience.

Our aim is to provide quality content to customers in a safe and ethical way. So personal information (including email address) that is used for ordering is safe and will not be used for any means. If you wish to ask questions or receive any further material, you must contact us or request this to happen. You will only be sent via email, the download instructions upon ordering. You will also receive any further bonus and support materials via email when they become available. Appart from this, you will not be contacted unless you contact us first.

General Site Disclosure

The information contained within the ebook and website are based on personal research and practical experience. Organic gardening principles and topics are written for the beginner-intermediate level of organic gardener. Results will of course differ depending on your exprerience, climate, soil and available local resources. Since 2007 we have sold hundreds of download packages with most occuring in Australia. However there have been a significant amount of customers from New Zealand, America, United Kingdom and Canada with good results achieved for such different climates. The vast majority of buyers report a positive experience and at least satisfactory results upon trying the system. Small numbers have discovered that organic gardening is not what they thought and might not be the exact type of garden they choose.

This site does have a small number of affiliates that are promoted to some extent. If we do mention or promote products and services it is only because we use, trust or believe in the value of these products and believe others would likely do the same. Being an affiliate of and providing links to these products entitles the website owner to a percentage of any sales taken - usually around 20% of the sale price. While this income is immaterial (certainly well under $50 AU total during all 2009) all users should be aware of affiliations.
