Q.Does the Organic Gardening E-book come as a hard cover book and can I buy it from my local book store?
A.At this stage it does not come as a hard cover book, but we do have 3 options for payment which include getting
the material printed and sent to you. Option 2 is a soft cover document that we print and send to you (postage included)
and option 3 is the files on CD. People who choose the download option only are free to print and bind the pages
themselves and this is what many people do for offline reading.
Q.How does the download work once I have paid ?
A.Once payment is accepted through paypal, you can redirect yourself to a secure download page
for instant access. If you loose or go off this page, a separate email is sent out to your inbox with
the download address you need. Please check for this email in ALL your inboxes as high security settings may
filter your email into the junk folder. To be sure you receive your product link email immediatley, it is recommended

Q.How many page is the document?
A.Organic Gardening (with bonuses included) is approximately 120 pages containing the most relevant and practical
information so you can get started strait away.
Q."I am trying to order your product online and can not get through via paypal. What's wrong?"
A.Be sure to enter your name and address details exactly as they are on your credit card.
If you still cant get through, try waiting an hour or two, then try again-it will usually work the second
time you log on. It has very high security settings and protects buyers strongly.
Q."I have had bad experiences paying online. How do I know your site is secure?"
A.Firstly, paypal is the online merchant facility that protects buyers online. I encourage you to have a
look at there website to see how you are protected. This site has been operating since June 2007. By staying
online this long, it shows this is a reputable business that puts customer service and satisfaction as number 1 and Paypal
ensures this. Never give anyone your credit card or bank details online that is not processing them safely through a 3rd
party merchant (ie paypal) or a valid SSL security logo.
Q."Can you please tell me how many pages for Organic Gardening Australia book are there?
A.Even though we have added more material to version 3 (and version 3 update from August 2009), the pages are less as margins have been widened and
line spacing minimised. Organic gardening is now 44 pages in lenght and each of the six bonus e-books has an average of 15 pages.
So all together that is 133 pages of material.
Q."Would the advice you offer be of relevance to a NZ climate/soil conditions etc?"
A.The principles apply for organic gardening in New Zealand just like they do for
Tasmania. Of course there will need to be adjustments in some methods and plant selection but this is what
we aim to teach. There will be differences in the seed suppliers - seeds will unlikely be sent to you from the
Australian suppliers that I suggest throughout the material. But as far as growing vegetables and herbs in NZ, you will
certianly be able to adapt the material easily. There are orders from NZ every week and we have never had a problem
in this regard.
Q."I am a renter and have to move constantly. Is there a way I can garden and move my plants with me when I go?"
A.This material certainly covers your situation, in fact, we spent most of my twenties moving around and never
let that get in the way of gardening and growing healthy food along the way. A factor we consider with this material
that just about no other material does is gardening for the 21st Century-facing the challenges and situation on
hand today. People are busier, more people in Australia are renting as prices are still out of control. There is certainly
means to grow your own vegetables and herbs AT LEAST! Obviously pots are

A.Its just a one off purchase. When you pay initially you have access to everything including

mostly if you want to live self sufficient and grow vegetables well.
Q."Do your gardening methods work in colder/hotter climates or is it just for a temperate climate?"
A.The organic gardening methods and principles have actually been proven worldwide-Gardeners using this
material have had great success in Vancouver and other parts of Canada even!. While I only advertise now
in Australia and New Zealand, you will find principles and techniques that are viable for any climate. Gardening
in Australias top end is very different to inner city Melbourne in winter time. The material stresses the importance
of knowing your local plant varieties that are proven in your area and growing to suit your local conditions. The sooner
you learn to do this and apply this, you will really benefit. So any part of Australia is perfect to grow your own food using these methods and principles.

Q."Can you Successfully download the books with a dial-up connection?"
A.The files are not large and downloading via dial-up connection should be find for most areas. The files are
approx 1MB(1000kb) in size If you want
to save yourself the download though and make sure you always have a backup copy, I have added option 3. Option 3 is
only a few dollars more than the download and you receive the material on a CD that is mailed out to you. It came about
